Apply by 16 March for an internship in Israel thanks to the programme of the Neuron Foundation and the IOCB Tech Endowment Fund

Would you like to experience science at world level and gain valuable international experience? The Neuron Foundation and the IOCB Tech Endowment Fund are opening a new round of the Czech-Israeli Innovation Internship scholarship programme. This year brings a unique opportunity — the internships will take place in both countries at once, so Czech students will fly to Israel and Israeli students will head to the Czech Republic.

UPDATE: The application deadline has been extended to 16 March 2025.

During the internship the students will join research directly in Israel, where they will get to know the local approach to innovation and to the transfer of science into practice. As a result they will take away not only professional skills but also inspiration that they will be able to bring back to Czech science.

About the programme

The Czech-Israeli Innovation Internship is a grant programme that the Neuron Foundation and the IOCB Tech Endowment Fund run in cooperation with the First Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and the Czech-Israeli Chamber of Commerce, and with the support of the Embassy of the State of Israel in the Czech Republic and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Israel. The programme is intended for students from the third year of a bachelor's degree up to the beginning of a doctoral programme, in all fields.

The internship can last up to two months. The application deadline this year is 16 March 2025. The internships will take place between May and September 2025.
