Fyziklání 2025: Den plný lásky k vědě

We celebrated this year's feast of lovers with physics: on 14 February the 19th international physics competition Fyziklání, which we have long supported, took place in Prague's Letňany.

This year the competition attracted a record 1,149 students from 14 countries, of whom 1,040 were from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Together they formed 246 competing teams, and besides Czech and Slovak students, competitors from Lithuania, Romania and Brazil also finished in the leading places.

Fyziklání is far more than just a competition — it is a platform for international cooperation between young physicists. Besides the competition itself, the students also enjoyed inspiring lectures and excursions. The atmosphere was charged with energy and enthusiasm for science.

We are proud to be able to support young talents in physics, because we believe that those who understand physics also understand how the world around us works.

We are already looking forward to another edition full of thrilling intellectual duels and international cooperation!
